Asset Protection 101 - On Demand

In this session we will review core structures such as companies, trusts, partnerships and spouses to break down their weaknesses. We will look at how they are litigated against during life and after death and some great, value added strategies to put in place. Will take participants to a 6 our of 10 on the scale of asset protection skills while most accountants and lawyers are at a 2 - 4 out of ten.
